All Online and In-Store Sales are final, however; if there are issues with your order, please contact us for an account credit or exchange within 15 days of purchase. If it is due to damage, please include a picture of the outside packaging along with a picture of the damaged item. Please send an email to info@49thandmagnolia.com explaining the issue with your order and whether you are requesting an exchange or account credit.

All return shipping will be at the cost of the customer. All items must be returned within 15 days of receiving the shipment (in the same condition that it was purchased). Some discounted items, door-busters, jewelry, or items bought with a coupon code are final sale only.
